Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Digital Delivery Only

IndiaStatement provides a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform for bank statement conversion. We do not ship any physical products. All our services are delivered digitally through our web interface.

2. Delivery Timeline

• Conversions: As soon as you upload a file and process it, the output (Excel/CSV) is generated instantly and made available for download in your browser.
• Credits/Subscriptions: Upon successful payment, your account credits or subscription plan will be updated immediately or within a maximum of 10-15 minutes in case of payment gateway delays.

3. Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation email for every successful purchase. If your credits are not updated within 30 minutes of payment, please contact us with your transaction details.
