2. Zero-Storage Policy

We do not store your uploaded PDF files or the extracted transaction data. Once the conversion process is complete, all files are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours. In most cases, files are removed immediately after your session ends.

Usage Logs: We track the number of pages processed per IP/User ID to manage free trial limits.
Account Info: For registered users, we store your email address and name to manage your subscription and credits.
