4. Subscriptions and Credits
Pay-As-You-Go credits never expire. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually and can be cancelled at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis depending on usage.
5. Limitation of Liability
IndiaStatement shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the service.
